Oh Romeo!



So essentially carrying on the' children' theme from my last post - the news that Romeo Beckham is to be the new face of Burberry reached my ears this morning.  Back in January 2011, Romeo found himself under the style spotlight aged just eight years when GQ magazine included him in its best-dressed men of the year list. I naturally thought that whoever compiled that list was coming down after a Christmas binge sugar high and paid very little attention.

Beckham was handpicked by Burberry chief creative officer Christopher Bailey to star in the brand's new campaign. He described the 10 year-old as "a joy to work with" and claimed he "really stole the show."  Shot by Mario Testino and starring alongside Edie Campbell and Charlie France, the campaign "reflects the upbeat spirit of the collection" according to Bailey. I'm wondering what older brother Brooklyn must be thinking...
